My journey to plant-based living began with a deep love for animals and a desire to tread more gently on the earth. Over time, the kitchen became a place of creativity and care - a space where I love trying new recipes, adapting them to be simple and accessible, and increasingly making things from scratch. Recently, that's looked like homemade pie crusts (which is super easy), corn tortillas, and spaghetti sauce - small, meaningful steps toward cutting back on processed foods and reconnecting with the rhythm of real, nourishing ingredients.
